Mecom was founded in 2004 after the acquisition of a mechanical company with a thirty-year history and experience in the mould production. Today it is a small-medium sized enterprise operating on an area of about 1200 square meters located in Lumezzane (Brescia), a territory with a strong tradition in this sector, and it undertakes a workforce of about 25 technicians qualified by important experiences in various sectors of the mechanical mold mould construction.

Mecom deals with the construction of molds for die-casting of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum, brass, zamak and injection molds for different plastic materials. On request it also performs the processing of mechanical parts according to the customer design, trying to maximize the professionalism of its skills.

Mecom also operates in various sectors, starting with the lighting, the tire industry, automotive, furniture, household items and many others, both in Italy and abroad.

Mecom is able to design and produce molds by supporting the customer in design and to offer appropriate solutions for every need in order to get a good production efficiency and an excellent quality of the mold, using only its own on-site resources. The organization of the company involves collecting data on the progress of work, thus providing a constant update of the status of the job.

Today Mecom is equipped to produce molds up to a maximum dimension to 1000 ton.


Mecom produces mould for products used in many areas from the lighting to the tire industry, automotive, furniture, household items and many others, both in Italy and abroad.

Mecom has 2 three-dimensional measuring machines CMM DEA and a measuring arm with laser scanning head that are used to check the dimensions or surfaces of the part subjected to dimensional inspection. Qualified technicians can prepare a dimensional report with the required dimensions and tolerances.
